Use it as a spot treatment for dry areas, spread it over your still moist post bathing body or as a deeply moisturizing treatment a few minutes before bed. Fast absorbing. Never greasy. Fluffy and light. Soft, smooth, and rich. We use argan, kukui, and avocado oils and whip them over a couple of days into a silky, delicate mousse. A little goes a long way for softer, deeply hydrated, and calm skin. 

  • Our Skin Butter is by far the richest moisturizer we make. Profound in its simplicity; an elegant moisturizer for people with large or small areas of dry skin. It's also vastly superior to shea butter, which is often highly processed and clogs up your pores.
  • This product is perfect for those who deal with eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis. While it won't cure the condition, it will help with the itching and scales. We’ve also heard great things from pregnant women who find enormous relief from itching and stretch marks.
Directions

Apply to dry skin or moist skin and mist with Rosewater Toner to finish.

Keep in mind that our Skin Butter is very rich, so start with a little bit and increase as needed. If your skin is still slippery after five minutes, you can probably stand to use a little bit less.

I replaced my hair oil with the skin butter.

One day I was out of hair oil and I thought:” Oh, I have this marvelous skin butter, and let see if it can do anything.” 🧈
To my pleasant surprise it helped soften, moisten and detangle my hair. I used a tiny amount (the size of a pine nut) and ran it through the mid and down the ends of my hair.
I prefer using the vanilla skin butter since I’m hooked on the scent 😌

Lovely, good ingredients

Very nice, I like the whipped consistency and clean ingredients. The only reason I won’t be repurchasing is the price. I used up the $26 jar in about 2 weeks on my pregnant belly. A little does not go along way unfortunately… other than that it’s lovely.

just the most hydrating moisturizer out there

like many of you, I've tried a dozen, two dozen moisturizers over the years, from drugstore to high end brands. I just keep coming back to Luminance's Skin Butter - it is the most genuinely hydrating face moisturizer I've ever used. I notice that my skin looks so much healthier after just a few days of using it, and it helps boost a natural glow, and I wear much less makeup when I'm using this product!

I used it to prevent stretch marks during my both pregnancies

I got the skin butter to prevent pregnancy stretch marks and it did its job! It also relieved two of my fingers that were about to get really bad. They were dry and itchy from hand washing so much. Thank you for making such a wonderful product! I will definitely keep buying it
