It is very important to periodically remove spent skin cells, especially as we age.

The trick is to do it without damaging or stressing the skin, without scraping, scratching, or burning. We found a simple, straight forward, and extremely effective way to exfoliate without damaging your skin using fruit enzymes.

Important Note: Please always avoid scratchy exfoliants, acid exfoliants, and machines that exfoliate. No matter what anyone tells you, these are not good for your skin. Rule of thumb: if it hurts or is uncomfortable, that's your skin telling you to stop right away.

Directions

Apply a moderate layer to freshly cleansed and toned skin.

• Leave the mask on for 5 or 10 minutes or until it begins to tighten and dry. Never let any mask dry on your skin, because as it tightens it stresses your skin laterally.
• Finally, rinse thoroughly with Delicate Cleanser and water that’s not too hot and not too cold. Comfortable water temperature is important because that's your skin’s way of telling you the temperature is just right. Skin is very smart and, if you listen carefully, it'll tell you what it needs in order to be healthy, lovely, and glowing.
• Follow with toner and moisturizer.
• Can be used to gently exfoliate once a week to every two weeks.
