There's a lot of hype about Apple Cider Vinegar these days and we're constantly being asked about it's place in skincare. So I want to bust the myth that it's an acceptable toner.
Apple Cider Vinegar and any other type of Vinegar is way way too acidic to put directly on your skin. It has a pH of 2.4 which is not only irritating but quite frankly damaging. It dissolves the acid mantel of your skin which reduces your skin's ability to protect against the sun and it's ability to hold moisture.
There is no good reason to use Apple Cider Vinegar so just put the Apple Cider Vinegar Downnnnn.
